Finding Inner Balance | LECTURE

This lecture will focus on finding equanimity of mind, something that is vitally important to each of us, but often difficult to achieve due to external and internal conditions. During this evening, Tulku Lobsang Rinpoche will introduce us to the power of meditation and we will have the opportunity to try a short meditation practice under his guidance.
