Philharmonic Orchestra with Janáček – an interactive concert for parents and children.

The concert will offer immersion in the rich world of folk poetry, as perceived and processed by the greats of classical music. Together with Margit Koláčková and Jana Procházková, they will present Moravian folk poetry in songs by Leoš Janáček and Slovak songs collected not only by Janáček, but also by Antonín Dvořák and Béla Bartók.

At the same time, the program will show how strong the relationship is between folk music and classical music, and will also offer examples of compositions by Johann Sebastian Bach and Antonín Dvořák. The concert will be performed in an unusual and impressive arrangement for vocals, cello and percussion.

• The hall will open 20 minutes before the performance.
• The performance lasts approx. 40–45 minutes.
• A short distance from Vozovna is a wonderful cafe where you can buy snacks and take them with you to the hall afterwards.
