Violence has many faces - all the more challenging it is to recognize it in time act and protect yourself and family members, especially children. In this training, identifying characteristics, options for action and effective prevention strategies for bullying, sexualized and domestic violence are conveyed in a practical manner - with an eye on new challenges caused by exclusion and violence in the digital space.

Mobbing leaves its mark - on children, young people and also their families -
- often with profound psychological consequences. The lecture shows how bullying occurs in groups and what dynamics it can develop in kindergarten, school and family. Counselors learn how they can sensitize families, recognize warning signals early, strengthen children/young people and promote preventive parenting attitudes in order to stop bullying at an early stage - even in the digital space.

The structures, dynamics and consequences of domestic, patriarchal and sexual violence as well as their effects on family relationships are also examined. Counselors receive concrete ideas on how they can stabilize affected families, show ways out of violence and contribute to the development of secure family bonds. In addition, action strategies are taught to promote the safety and protection of families and to empower them.
