The master course in In this master course you will learn how to color dough with natural food colors in order to create extraordinary color variations from classic dough - far beyond red, green and yellow. Create deep purple, intense blue or elegant black and discover the endless possibilities these colors offer you. Using special folding techniques, you will learn to create breathtaking patterns and structures from these colorful doughs, such as cappelletti or agnolotti.
The highlight of this course: You will master the artful production of Ravioli Doppio, in which you harmoniously combine two different colors of dough and two fillings. In addition, you will learn how to use specially selected tools to conjure up extraordinary patterns in dough and turn pasta into true works of art.
