A special session tailored to explore and express joy, as a tool of freedom, resilience and resistance.
Together we use the space to look at how we relate to JOY.
Where is joy located in body? Where do/could I feel it in my body?
How does it manifest in my physical expression?
These are some examples of what we explore through various exercises.
We will have a music playlist to support us.
This session is part of the GET TO MOVE TOGETHER gatherings, that I host on Sundays.
