Execution + Networking. Why this collaboration?Spend the afternoon making real progress on something that matters to you, then meet business owners, founders, freelancers, entrepreneurs, creators, and professionals who are building their own projects too. By the time networking begins, you'll already know what people are working on, what challenges they're facing, and how you might help each other. It is a genuine conversations built on shared experience.

Programme

13:00-13:30 — Arrival, a tour in the Sophie 7 Co-working space, meet each other, introduce ourself and set intention

Participants arrive, we start with a tour in the new Sophie 7 Co-working space, meet with each other, settle in, and announce one concrete task or goal for the session.

Each person login to NoCrastination website, write down what they want to complete by the end of the execution session, connect with each other via social media. The focus is not on looking busy; it is on leaving with real progress.

13:30 - 14:20 — Execution Block 1

Structured deep work. Everyone works on their own task in a focused environment.

Examples of good tasks:

• Drafting a proposal
• Working on a client project
• Creating content
• Studying or research
• Improving a business process
• Planning outreach
• Updating a portfolio, CV, or pitch

14:20 - 14:35 — Social Break

A short break to reset, talk, and meet the people around you.

The break is intentionally social: light conversation, quick introductions, and a chance to share what people are working on.

14:35 - 15:25 — Execution Block 2

Second focused work block. Participants continue their original task or move to the next concrete step.

The aim is to turn intention into momentum.

15:25 - 15:50 — Progress Check

Participants briefly check in:

• What did I complete?
• What is still unclear?
• What is the next useful step?

This keeps the session accountable without making it feel formal or corporate.

15:50 -16:30 — Execution Block 3

Final deep work block.

This block is for finishing, polishing, sending, publishing, or deciding the next action. The emphasis is on completion wherever possible.

16:30 - 17:00 — Reflection and Warm Networking

Participants close the work session by sharing:

• What they worked on
• What progress they made
• What kind of people, ideas, or opportunities they would like to connect with

This creates a natural bridge into the Network Palace networking event. Instead of starting from cold small talk, people already know what others are building, solving, or exploring.

17:00 - 18:30 — One hour break

18:30 - 20:30 — Network Palace Business Networking

Network Palace leads the networking part of the event.

The networking session gives both communities a chance to meet each other in a warmer, more meaningful way because people have already spent the afternoon executing together.
