From Occupation Child to Football Icondescribes the path of Helmut Köglberger, son of an African-American US soldier and an Austrian woman, who grew up in post-war Austria and rose from a marginalized child to captain of the national team. Un amore di contrabbando by Nicola Muscas embarks on a search for traces of the phenomenon Gigi Riva, a shy, unique man, which consists of the description of memories, travels and encounters. For both of them, football becomes a universal language, a means of self-assertion, a destiny. Two different stories, connected by a common setting - the football field, where football is more than sport, but a way of life.
