Come slow down with a somatic workshop to ground and reconnect with our bodies, each other, and the land through earth-based meditation and self reflection. In turbulent times, we will take time to resource and support ourselves in an experience of guided meditation, journaling, and sharing with one another. Please bring a journal and anything you need to sit comfortably.
