Faeroe Siren Eivør on 18. 3. 2027 returns to Roxy! After the triumph in October 2025, he will bring the voice that defined, among other things, the soundtracks of God of War and The Last Kingdom. Get ready for a clash of Nordic folklore with uncompromising electronics and throat singing.
Eivør Pálsdóttir is a phenomenon that breaks down the boundaries between genres with the lightness of an art-pop diva and the rawness of the experimental scene. Her previous stop at the Roxy in October 2025 was clear evidence that the Czech fan listens to a combination of organic percussion and pulsating synths. From traditional ballads, Eivør has developed over the years to a layered, darkly nuanced sound, where her incredible vocal range and ability to dominate the space with the help of a loop-station and a shamanic drum play a prime role.
Her contribution to modern pop culture is indisputable - the frosty atmosphere of the TV series The Last Kingdom or the epic quests in the hit game God of War: Ragnarök would not sound half as good without her contribution. Eivør performs not only songs live, but a precisely constructed soundscape that draws from the isolation of the Faroe Islands as well as the pulse of modern metropolises. It's a lesson in modern songwriting that isn't afraid to get dirty with mud and digital noise.
Rabbitology is the musical and artistic project of American singer-songwriter Nat Timmerman from Michigan. It is an author's musical creation, which the artist herself describes as a "metaphorical study of herself". Rabbitology works in the genre of alternative folk and so-called "folktronics", while in its work it combines raw acoustic sound with electronic elements and sounds of nature (eg croaking frogs or crackling fire). Under the Rabbitology banner, she released debut EPs under the Nettwerk Music Group label, Living Ghost and Living Ghost: Still Rising, which thematically draw on elements of "midwestern gothic", personal memoir, and folk horror.
