About event
Gaia and Evi invite you to a series of individual technique workshops that span the entire year and address both roles. Through targeted and playful solo and pair exercises, you will achieve a deeper understanding of your body and build a technique that is organic and respectful of your own body. We demand control, strength, intention and suppleness in posture and movement, as well as the development of your personal interpretation and musical sensitization.
