We invite you to a lively encounter with the Liberating Structures (LS) repertoire.

Participatory processes require suitable working methods. We invite you to immerse yourself in the “Liberating Structures” collection and expand your repertoire! “Liberating Structures" are simple social techniques that spread participation by involving everyone involved at the same time. Keith McCandless and Henry Lipmanowicz put them together according to the same logic and with the same intention: to use diversity and complexity productively instead of simplifying or ignoring them.

Consultants and facilitators enable Liberating Structures to strengthen trust in participatory methods on the customer side and to build skills there for internal process support. LS offers managers or executives simple methods to involve as many of those involved as possible in problem solving, decision making, planning or innovation. LS enables teachers to design learning content that takes advantage of every opportunity to involve learners in the design of their own learning, shared learning and the design of the program. Immerse yourself in an experience space that liberates through structure

Experience the LS along challenges that we work on during the workshop. In the subsequent debriefing, we examine the interactions and the results generated as a result and discuss the structure and possible uses of the respective structure.

You will receive a journal to document your learning process, developed and drawn by Anja Ebers.

The workshop is aimed at anyone interested in leading and accompanying groups: e.g. as managers, facilitators, coaches, trainers, teachers or Project managers.
