This technological disruption creates major opportunities as well as meaningful challenges. In this workshop, participants will be exposed to pioneering research on the use of AI for different types of knowledge work, both analytic and creative tasks. We will then learn whether, when and how to use AI to achieve the personal career goals of the participants as well as organizational goals.
