About event
First breath, step into life. The last breath, the body leaves life. Our story takes place between these two points, between the first scream and its quietest echo. Every breath is a new beginning and a unique now. We shape the body with our breath. And vice versa, our body shell creates a space where the breath can flow. Let's show you how to take care of your breathing space. How to cultivate body and breath in accordance with our intention.
COURSE CONTENT:
– we will explore different forms of yoga breathing.
– We will learn the basic positions of dynamic yoga.
– We will talk about the connections between breath and position, breath and function, breath and attention. movements that connect the positions.
– We will show how to build strength and flexibility of the whole body. Gradually and with confidence.
- We will talk about how simple breathing techniques can help us throughout the day.
The course is suitable for complete beginners and intermediates. We welcome everyone who wants to feel better and wants to do something about it.
Yoga is a path of self-discovery and integration. That's why I try to make each of my students understand the connections and gradually be able to practice on their own without the constant supervision of a teacher.
