"Do you have scary dreams? Are you bored of people and overweight? Do you see a black spot on everything white? You're not alone. Come see what it's like when seven ordinary people try to find inner peace while they feel like smashing each other's heads with a railroad sleeper. You know, someone's breathing too loud, someone's throwing bags at your feet, someone's feeling bad names.

Seven extras are waiting for you in a safe space, where it's worse than at the dentist, and also one of the guaranteed instructions on how to survive that life.

Don't worry, just breathe properly and pack anti-stress balls with you. We'll get through it together, and we'll finally be fine."
