Year 1927. Soviet Ukraine. At Stalin in Kharkov, a cooperative building was built. The luxury apartments of the building accommodate the most important Ukrainian writers. They all become participants of an experiment aimed at creating a new type of Soviet writer.
The pursuit of complete control of the creativity process with the aim of creating a uniform art method of socialist realism is not all satisfactory and not every writers agree to glorify the cult of Stalin.
To the inhabitants of the house Word will move unexpectedly by an unknown person. He is a young writer Volodymyr Akimov. No one knows him. But with his discovery in the house word, strange events start to take place until now the walls of the building and are not explained.
There is minimalist bar (beer, lemonade and snack).
