On the occasion of the 50th anniversary of the Writing of the letter of Václav Havel, the General Secretary of the Central Committee Gustav Husák will be discovered by experts of the Institute for the Study of Totalitarian Regimes.
In a letter, the situation analyzes the situation in which the society is located six years after the start of the so -called normalization, describes the humiliation of people in communist society, fear or hypocrisy. The letter was conceived as open, and it was also available to press agencies that had official representation in the then socialist Czechoslovakia - DPA, Reuters, AFP and Bavarian Radio correspondent in Prague. The original letter of his own letter was confiscated by the State Security during a search on 6 January 1977 and the original is now stored in the Security Services Archive.
