🌙 WOMEN'S CIRCLE - WILD HEARTS
Take off your armor and open up to yourself
How many times a day are you strong, functional, ready to handle everything?
And where are you?
We invite you to a safe circle of women where you don't have to prove anything.
A place where you can take off your armor, silence the noise of the world and reconnect with your wild, true self. with the heart.
✨ A wild heart is the energy of a woman who feels.
A woman who is not afraid of her sensitivity, voice or strength.
It is a return to herself, to the body, to the breath, to the truth.
🌿 WHAT AWAITS YOU:
• guided meditation
• kundalini dance with Rumina
• voice opening and chanting of mantras
• links cards
• sound bath - crystal bowls
• sharing in a circle (only if you want to)
🌑 WHO THE CIRCLE IS FOR:
For women who: • feel tired, pressured or inner restlessness
• long to connect with themselves and their body
• want to slow down, relax and be authentic
• looking for a safe space without judgment
You don't have to have experience.
Just come as you are.
