About event
The Berlin band DIVANKO has been playing its way into the hearts of listeners since 2017 with polyphonic singing, violin, guitar, ukulele, double bass and all kinds of percussion. In Berlin and the surrounding area, in cafés and clubs, at festivals, in churches and private celebrations. The DIVANKOs are particularly fond of the songs of Eastern and Southeastern Europe with their straight and curved rhythms. Everything from song to dance from Georgia to Hungary and the Czech Republic to Greece will be presented. The songs talk about women and men, pain, farewell, wine and schnapps, love, dance, moonlight and how it is all connected.
