What if we do not only experience this feeling as spectators, but also as creators? Let us focus on questions of long -term work in the field of Czech theater and dignity of work in art. What is further missing from the Czech theater? And what should starting creators and creators know not to burn out at the beginning?

✨ Festival Plak is a festival of young theater. It was established in 2022 as an independent platform - now for the fourth year in three days in the spring months takes place in Brno. Since the beginning of its existence, the festival aims to create space for creating, reflection, education and community of secondary school students. However, it also provides space for intergenerational dialogue on the structures of cultural spheres and artistic education.
