Diskusia vo Výklade: s(Pokojné Vianoce) ✨🎄

Wow, we will discuss again in the Interpretation! 🗨️

Every year we promise ourselves that we will do it differently this time.

Less stress, less chasing, more peace. And yet we often end up in a carousel of responsibilities that we impose on ourselves.

Come to an evening with Janka Lepiešová, a coach and therapist, where we will look at the pre-Christmas period more gently and kindly together.

We will talk about how to set boundaries, how to be compassionate towards each other and how to make space for what is really important.

We will also touch on the end-of-year balance, what was successful, what was not, and how to enter the new year without pressure and unrealistic expectations.

Take time for yourself and start the holidays with peace, not tension.

Peter Cítenyi will accompany us in the evening.

We look forward to seeing you. ✨
