In 10 months, Dews Pegahorn has achieved what many musicians have dreamed of for years: With his release, he stormed the underground music scene and thus also reaped his first laurels in the mainstream. His music, best described as "Danceable Manic Depression", combines a fascinating mix of Goth New Wave, Indie and Alternative, offering an engaging sound experience with mostly over 160 BPM and melancholic guitar sounds. But the Stuttgart native with Malagasy-Chinese roots isn't resting on his laurels - on the contrary: the new projects he's currently working on sound more radical and even bolder than anything he's released so far.

_______
Dews Pegahorn, born in Stuttgart, is a German-African rock musician with roots in Madagascar and Angola. His musical journey began early in life: inspired by legends like Michael Jackson and shaped by the music of 2Pac, he discovered his passion for sound and emotion as a child. After receiving classical vocal training at a music boarding school and gaining initial experience as the frontman of a rock band, Dews developed his unique style—marked by melancholic guitars, wild drums, and atmospheric vocals. Following a period in hip-hop production, he returned to his rock roots in November 2023, where he rediscovered his authentic artistic voice and expression, which he best describes in three words: “danceable manic depression.”
With his first self-produced rock single, "Under the Water," and the follow-up "Butterfly Girl," he captured the attention of a growing fanbase. His breakthrough came with "Runnin," a track that went viral within days, earning him international recognition on platforms like TikTok and Spotify. Dews Pegahorn embodies raw energy, radical authenticity, and the courage to push boundaries. With a mix of deep emotion and explosive stage presence, he creates a one-of-a-kind connection with his audience. His next step: a tour that doesn’t just showcase music but fosters a sense of community—concerts that feel like the best time of your life shared with family. Dews Pegahorn is a rising star in the rock world, ready to conquer stages worldwide.
