About event
Every Wednesday from 15:15 to 16:00 until the end of November there will be open class children's yoga lessons in the yurt in the Community Garden of Kotlaska.
Children's yoga is a great way to support your child's overall development and well-being. During the lessons, your children will learn techniques to improve flexibility, strength, coordination and endurance. Yoga also supports mental health and helps children manage stress and relax.
The lessons are intended for children of preschool age (ie 3-6 years old) and take place without the presence of parents. The lesson lasts 45 minutes and consists of "Sun Salutation" (yogic warm-up), movement games, yoga fairy tale, asana practice, breathing and relaxation exercises.
Yoga practice is taught in a fun, interactive and fairy-tale form, and the exercise is adapted to the age and abilities of the children.
Come with your children to discover the magic of the Libeň yurt! You can easily come once. :) To sign up, write a message or call 606963889.
The price of the lesson is 250 CZK.
