The Silence / SK
The Slovak synthpop band The Silence was formed in 2012, the founding members of the band were Albín Nemec (keyboards) and Miloš Miki Malovec (vocals), the third "temporary" member of the band was Radomír Remenár (keyboards). The home ground for the band was Trnava. After the sudden departure of Albín, Miloš is joined by Mirko Hrnčár (keyboards, vocals) from Trenčín, who worked in the Trenčín synthpop band New day. Robo Zaťko (keyboards, vocals), who also worked in the well-known EBM band The Dark in the past, also worked in the band for a short time. Currently, the band works as a duo consisting of Miloš Miki Malovec and Mirko Hrnčár. The band tends to work with Depeche Mode and Oceán.
During its 13th year of activity on the Slovak music scene, the band has performed numerous concerts, for example at the festivals Synthfest and Synthpop Night, also as a support band for the group Oceán and at Depeche events throughout Slovakia and the Czech Republic. Their songs like Like a Rain, Game Over, Thank you, Oheň or more recent songs like Destiny, Zlatovláska, Good Bye, Digital Dreams and others are known.
DJ Škodis
Black party in the style of Depeche Mode will be played by DJ Škodis (your personal dj), who is known to most Depeche Mode fans in our country as a fan and a DJ who specializes in organizing "dispatching" meetings and for playing at DM events all over Slovakia and abroad. The party will be supported by a video projection and you will hear both new and old proven hits of your favorite band from Basildon, England. We will also not forget the bands related to DM such as Oceán, Shalom, Camouflage, Erasure and other famous names of synthpop and new wave music era.
