In the permanent exhibition Art, Life, their tracks occur abundantly, and so visitors allow you to taste a little bit of everything, and sometimes even immerse themselves in the topic deeper. Food as an event has accompanied human civilization since the beginning. How has it been stabilized and changed in Central Europe and especially in the Czech lands? What equipment did the table demand and what happened on the table board in addition to consumption? How did the understanding of how materials affect dishes and beverages?
