Salary negotiation workshop in Vienna: Get to know your market value and negotiate your salary successfully.

You are about to start your career, your first Promotion or the next career step - and therefore before your nextnegotiation.

A salary negotiation decides not only about your current salary, but also about how your income will develop in the long term. Nevertheless, many people go into this negotiation unprepared or accept the first offer because conversations about money feel uncomfortable.

In this workshop you will learn how to prepare your salary negotiation in a structured manner, how to not only estimate but know your market value - and how to negotiate your salary confidently.

• You develop an overall package instead of just a salary demand formulate
• You work with the Job Conditions Canvas and understand your scope for negotiation (ZOPA)
• You determine your market value with concrete benchmarking tools for Austria
• You argue based on facts instead of gut feeling
• You conduct your salary negotiations in a structured, clear and self-confident manner

Content and Format

The workshop teaches the central basics of negotiation and shows how you can apply them specifically in your salary negotiation:

• Short theoretical inputs on negotiations, market value and strategy
• Individual preparation of your own negotiation
• Simulated salary negotiation in a protected environment
• Feedback and reflection for direct improvement

The aim is for you to come in with a clear structure and concrete arguments your next negotiation.
