About event
You have the opportunity to taste new teas from Nagomi Tea. Not only the new pressed teas from Japan and Taiwan, but also "Lord of the Rings" (Hua Gang Hong Cha) and other red teas. There will also be some new Aged Oolongs available. Vincent Liu, the founder of the MyTeaPal community, will join us.
Vincent will bring some truly unique teas, including Meng Ding Huang Ya, Pressed Huang Da Cha, Tibetan Tea (including jasmine and gardenia flower scented varieties), traditionally smoked Zheng Shan Xiao Zhong, Shai Hong Tea Cake, and De'ang sour tea. For his workshop at the Vienna Tea Festival, Vincent served Meng Ding Huang Ya, traditionally smoked Zheng Shan Xiao Zhong, and Gardenia Scented Tibetan Tea.
We are also thrilled to have Di Xiaoqian join us. Originally from Sichuan, China, Di now resides in Prague, where she teaches both Chinese language and the Chinese tea ceremony. She holds a Master’s degree in International Chinese Teaching and is nationally certified as a senior tea taster and a tea art specialist. Di specializes in several tea traditions, such as the Sichuan long spout teapot ceremony, Chao-style Gongfu tea, and Song Dynasty tea art performance.
