In value-divided groups and communities, we usually fail to find consensus. It is extremely difficult to organize and lead a dialogue in groups that stand against each other - technically and in overcoming feelings of grievances and misunderstanding. Nevertheless, it is extremely necessary. The main topic of the course is procedures aimed at depolarization and finding consensus.
