David Kolovratník – Saturnské slavnosti (vernisáž)

The title of the exhibition "Saturn festival" is based on the combination of the names of the first two poetry collections of Paul Verlain, ie the grim and decadent "Saturn poems" along with the "gallant festivals" interwoven atmosphere of the opulent rococo and Frivo Commedia dell'arte satirizing social conventions and moral shortages. The leitmotif is a mask, disguise and mimicry, ie the act of hiding a taboo (whether it is a deformation of the body or the perversity of the soul) and presenting the fraudulent, falsified and illusory aspects of reality, which the artist is challenging and metaphorically undressing from the skin. At the vernissage will play a person of blood.
