We invite all cycling and history enthusiasts to a joint one-day trip beyond the boundaries of everyday life! A pleasant route full of experiences, beautiful nature and history awaits us.
📅 WHEN AND WHERE?
Date: Saturday, July 11, 2026
Departure from Nitra: train, 8.10 direction NZ, transfer direction KN
Start time from Komárno: 9:30 a.m. (please come early)
Meeting place: Railway station (railway) Nitra and then railway station Komárno
🗺️ WHAT CAN YOU LOOK FORWARD TO?
Navy on the Danube: We will stop in Radvani nad Dunajom, where we will also take our bikes to the other bank. ( 11.00 or 12.00)
The historic city of Tata: A destination in Hungary that will enchant you with its castle, the picturesque Öreg-tó lake and a great atmosphere.
Easy pace: The trip is suitable for recreational cyclists, it is not a race! (tempo +- 20 km/h)
🎒 WHAT SHOULD YOU BRING WITH YOU?
Technically fit and inspected bicycle (ideally trekking or road)
Helmet (safety comes first!)
Documents (OP / Passport) and insurance card (we are crossing borders)
Euros / Forints (for comp, lunch or ice cream in Tate)
Enough water and a small snack for energy

Pack your bike, be in a good mood and come with us for a great Saturday ride!
