You like coffee and would like to learn to recognize different flavors and properly appreciate individual types of coffee ? Then cupping is right for you. 😊 At the tasting, Ondřej will guide you through the history of coffee, you will look into the world of sensory technology together and explain its role in coffee. You will learn to perceive taste notes and describe the characteristic properties of individual types of coffee. You can look forward to tasting, for example, coffee from the regions of Indonesia, Colombia, Kenya or Ethiopia. A total of 7-10 samples will be available. 🤩
