About event
The second of the traditional open airs at the end of the season and welcoming summer in Kaštan will be hosted for the first time by Slovak Modré Hory and Rožnov disco-ego-punk Ctib.
"After five years, Modré hory have a new album and they will come to present it in your city.
Modré hory, Big beat, Luxus clan and now Čudne slavni. Four albums, a couple of mixtapes and a lot of concerts and once again on the road. Lots of chatter, beats, tones, everything. The strangely famous Lyrik, Bene and Roland Kánik, one stage and a great joy of playing. Some say that rap is for the elderly, but these three boys don't care, and they adore it. Come and find yourself in that beat with these strangely famous boys."
Ctib has roots in the DIY punk scene, he played or plays in bands (previously, for example, Telefon or Uštkni, today Chorobopop). When he started playing solo as Ctib, it was first folkpunk with acoustic guitar. But then it stopped being enough for him and he arranged drums, bass and some synths in the computer. Well, in the end, he also recorded the guitar on his computer and stopped taking it to concerts. Since then, he calls what I play discoegopunk. Three albums were successively released by Kabinet Records.
