Crip Kvír Radost: kustomizuj (přikrášli) si svoji kompenzační pomůcku

Workshop for people using compensatory aids who are bored by the black color without a pattern.

In a non-hierarchical workshop, compensatory aids (canes, walkers, wheelchairs, etc.) will be beautified/customized as anyone wants. A decorated compensation tool not only fits the personal style, but in some cases has the ability to improve the user's relationship with the tool and the fact that they have to use it.

"Stickers, gluing rhinestones, painting with acrylics or wrapping with fabric, no process or result is wrong. The important thing is to have a good time. Whether you want to chat with the community and leave creation second, or make art with earplugs work."

The event should be a safe and inclusive space: it will be barrier-free, without loud sounds and bright lights. Earplugs, stim toys and water will be freely available. You can leave or take a break at any time. No one will be forced into anything and no way of existence will be judged that does not limit the safety of others and the preservation of a safe space. Participants do not need to be able to communicate verbally in order to participate in the workshop.
