Creativity Study Group

Through The Formula by Darryl Anka, we’ll explore how following excitement leads to flow and creative momentum.

To reconnect with our creative spark, we explore The Formula by Darryl Anka—a guide that invites us to follow our excitement as a compass for inspired action. This book teaches that when we lean into what truly lights us up, we unlock our natural flow and creative power.

In this study group, we reflect on passion, authenticity, and how to move through resistance without attachment to outcomes. It’s a space to reignite inspiration, trust your instincts, and let creativity become a natural, joyful expression of who you are—on your own terms.
