Join artist Nadine Schuller on January 24 from 18:00 to 20:00 in The Social Hub Restaurant & Bar for a mindful Craft & Sip clay workshop where we explore body appreciation through making. Using air-drying clay, we will shift focus from how bodies look to what they do-movement, strength, rest, sensation, and resilience.

Guided prompts will invite you to sculpt abstract forms inspired by physical experiences rather than appearances. No art experience is needed; this is a space for creative exploration, not therapy. All pieces remain abstract-no body parts or self-portraits-and sharing is always optional.

Your clay creation is yours to take home. Please bring a box for safe transport, as your piece will continue drying throughout the night. Sip, sculpt, and reflect in a relaxed, supportive atmosphere.
