We invite you to our Cobros Connect to get to know and experience how we live our basic values mindfulness, community and realization. introduce and tell you a bit about Cobros. With a short physical activation and a mindfulness exercise in the group, you strengthen the connection to yourself and the other men. In the sharing circle you get the opportunity to share in a benevolent and appreciative atmosphere that really moves you. If you like, you can ask about the input of the other men. The official end is at 8:30 p.m. - with the option to end the evening in the "Beisl after" with good food, drink and conversations in a relaxed atmosphere.
