we invite the public to a journey of reflection on human values and virtues that the sport is inspired. We will explore the concept of Olympism and how its principles - respect, excellence and friendship - transcend competitions and can be applied to daily life. Through philosophical analyzes and practical discussions, we will address how sport shapes character, promotes ethics and strengthens the human spirit, bringing valuable teachings to coexistence in society and personal development.
