You'll discover that it's fun and challenging stepping out of your comfort zone. And obviously an experience you won't forget! We are doing this in groups, so that you always have your backup!

Everyone knows these limiting emotions that prevent us to live up to our full potential! We want to support you to take action to overcome these limiting emotions by bursting your social and inner barriers, so that together each one of us can grow easily! Let’s expand our comfort zone!

* Introduction into the "comfort zone challenge"
* Introducing ourselves and our goals for this meetup
* Deciding on the groups & challenges
* (Optional) group-warm-up
* Doing the challenges in group of 3-4
* Reflection: Meeting in a bar to reflect and have a drink

Be aware that consuming alcohol is discouraged until reflection. Also make sure you have enough time to attend the event until the end, since the reflection is an important part of the process and a good chance to let the other participants learn from your experience.

Jeder kennt diese einschränkenden Emotionen, die uns daran hindern, unser volles Potenzial auszuschöpfen! Wir wollen Sie dabei unterstützen, diese einschränkenden Emotionen zu überwinden, indem wir Ihre sozialen und inneren Barrieren sprengen, damit wir gemeinsam leicht wachsen können! Lasst uns unsere Komfortzone erweitern!
Die Leute, die teilgenommen haben, lieben dieses Event! Und Sie sollten es auch einmal ausprobieren!

Tagesordnung:
Einführung in die „Komfortzonen-Herausforderung“
Wir stellen uns und unsere Ziele für dieses Treffen vor
Gruppenbildung und Challenges auswählen
(Optional) Aufwärmen der Gruppe
Durchführen der Challenges in Gruppen von 3-4 Personen
Reflexion: Treffen in einer Bar, um zu reflektieren und einen Drink

Bitte beachte, dass bis zur Reflexion kein Alkohol konsumiert werden sollte. Stell außerdem sicher, dass du genug Zeit hast, um an der Veranstaltung bis zum Ende teilzunehmen, denn die Reflexion ist ein wichtiger Teil des Prozesses und eine gute Gelegenheit, um die anderen Teilnehmer von deinen Erfahrungen lernen zu lassen.
