Modern leadership requires more than management - it requires a coaching attitude. How do you manage to develop potential in your team, promote personal responsibility and enable growth?

Coaching is not simply “good management”, but a fundamental change of roles. It challenges you not to provide solutions, but rather to enable employees to develop their own skills through targeted questions and trust. This not only creates psychological safety and trust, but also sustainable independence in the team.

In this workshop you will learn when coaching makes sense, how to adopt a coaching attitude, use active listening, targeted questions and feedback effectively and establish a trusting team culture. In this way, you create freedom for your leadership work and help your team to master challenges independently - real added value for everyone.

Use this workshop to redefine your leadership role and learn the tools for coaching leadership. An additional online session supports you in integrating what you have learned into your everyday life and overcoming application hurdles.

Your trainer

Christine Kewitz is a presenter, journalist and certified coach. Her focus in coaching individuals or groups is on the challenges of professional and personal changes. Her credo for not being overwhelmed by the ups and downs of life: “Calm in your head. Act energetically.” After studying communication science, psychology and politics at the Ludwig Maximilians University in Munich, she worked as a journalist for ARD, taz, Deutschlandradio and VICE. She discovered that an interview and a coaching session are not that different. Ultimately, it's about recognizing your own path and shaping it yourself with courage and inner clarity. Be it in career and job, love and relationships or personal development. Anyone who knows their values ​​and needs can lead a fulfilling life. Thanks to her background as a broadcast journalist and professional speaker, she also has a professional view of how inner attitude and self-image influence one's own presence and self-confidence.
