About event
CIRILIC – power trio
Original music on the border between jazz, world music, progressive rock and film music. Strong melodies, Slavic emotionality, spontaneous improvisation and energy of three prominent musical personalities of the contemporary Central European scene.
Kiril Yakovlev (guitar), Taras Voloshchuk (bass guitar) and Dušan Černák (drums) bring music in which virtuosity meets emotion, composition with immediate inspiration and Eastern European musical tradition with contemporary sound.
The result is a concert full of contrasts - from from fragile, intimate moments to captivating rhythmic passages and the massive energy of a real power trio. Music that is not bound to a single genre and creates its own, unique world.
