Bright Tomorrow by Nanni Moretti tells the story of the famous Italian director Giovanni, who is trying to make a political film. However, this ambitious and demanding project is threatened by several circumstances: a marital crisis, a producer on the verge of bankruptcy and constant changes in the film industry. Giovanni is forced to reevaluate his working methods and learn to react to unexpected situations, because the "sun" over his small world can stop shining at any moment.

For this film, Bobulová won one of the most important awards of the Italian film critics, the Silver Ribbon as the best actress in a supporting role, thereby once again confirming her ability to bring intensity and individuality to supporting roles as well.

The event is part of the 19th year of the Italian festival in Slovakia Dolce Vitaj and is also part of the Fare Cinema initiative, which is supported by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation of the Italian Republic.
