About event
First a powerful one 60-minute Pilates mat session, followed by a really good brunch. A Saturday morning just for you - exactly what you often don't have enough of in the run-up to Christmas, right?
The event is intended to be a small antidote to all the holiday stress: a quick escape from "getting presents quickly" and "getting everything done before the end of the year". Move, enjoy, quality time... before the next few days are probably pretty busy.
Perhaps you are also looking for a special Christmas present & would like to give time together instead of something material (always the best idea in my opinion!!). No matter why you are drawn to us - you're in the right place!
My goal remains that you feel really good after our event: clear, strengthened, relaxed, with yourself & you can master the holidays confidently... & we get a bit into the Christmas spirit!

About me:
I am Juma: yoga & Pilates teacher, sun lover, passionate night dancer and I love to enjoy. Whether it's wine, food, music, art - I just simply love the good things in life. I also love bringing people together and creating spaces for encounters. & that's exactly how this Pilates & Brunch came about. As a summer child, I wanted to bring something into the world that would sweeten the gray winter months a little and that we could look forward to together. I would be so happy if you were there!
