Are you considering starting training, conducting workshops and want to share your know-how further? This day will help you build the foundations of your teaching practice or improve your current teaching work in a structured way, so that your courses and workshops are more interactive and have a targeted impact - practically, safely and with the support of an experienced mentor.
🎯 You will learn:
• How to prepare an educational activity with the help of informal education
• Basics of facilitation and working with a group and its dynamics
• How to give and receive feedback and continue to develop
👩🏫 The training is led by Irena Pajerová - a long-term lecturer of languages and informal education, mentor and founder of the Volunteer Academy. She led and leads educational activities for INEX-SDA, the Scout Institute, Million Moments for Democracy, Pionýr, the Brontosaurus Movement, Jules and Jim, etc. in schools with class groups and on international Erasmus+ projects.
