The Sacred Pause is a monthly women’s gathering in Berlin (October – March), created as a sanctuary for rest, reflection, and soulful connection.

In this 2-hour circle, we weave together:

🕯️ Opening Rituals → grounding breath, mantra, and intention setting

🎶 Chanting → voices rising together in harmony

🔔 Sound Healing & Meditation → deep rest through singing bowls, guided journey, and Reiki touch

💫 Circle Sharing → a safe space to share from the heart

🌸 Closing Ritual → gratitude practice, blessing, and nourishing tea

Each month, we gather to release stress, restore balance, and reconnect with what truly matters.
