Chakradance živě v Praze✨💃🏻

Chakradance ™ is a dance meditation. Lessons composed of a small group of women are held in a dark room illuminated only by candles with eyes closed to a musical accompaniment for a particular chakra. We explore each chakra through specific music, led by visualization and our own free spontaneous dance, which we enjoy with closed eyes. Our attention is turned inward, unlike most other dance techniques, it will completely connect us to our inner world - the world of fantasy, feelings, intuition and senses. Of which each has its own lessons, meanings and stories. Let's dance, explore and wake up together. At the end of each lesson we will create our own mandala, which will just serve us to anchor our knowledge from the dance back to our consciousness.
