Dear lecturers,
I invite you to an in-depth Qigong training, so you can be sure that you are pushing yourself a little further and that the movements of the individual sets will not deform when teaching your students. You will also meet new faces and establish new friendships.
I recommend training min. Twice a year.
I look forward to every meeting with all of you, whatever point and time you are in your life.

arrival from 7.30 a.m.
morning program: 8.00 a.m. - 12.30 p.m. (4.5 h)
Start at 8.00 a.m. h
8 pieces of brocade - 1 classic version 8.30 - 9.30 h
8 pieces of brocade - 2 stretch version 9.45 - 10.15 h
5 elements 10.30 - 11.15 h
Yin Yang 11.30 - 12.15 h
lunch break 12.30- 13.30
afternoon program 13.30 - 18.00 (4.5 h)
Taichi Chi Kung 13.30 - 14.45 h
Zhan Zhuang 15.00 - 15, 30 h
MNO 15.30 - 16.00 h
Pushing hands 16.15 - 17.30 h
Questions, ending by 6 p.m.
Important: participation is for all certified lecturers who already know the sets

Price for the whole day : 3,000 CZK (350 CZK each block + lunch included)
Price for half a day: morning or afternoon part 1,900 CZK (480 CZK each block)
