Together we’ll make manty - handmade steamed dumplings and one of the most loved dishes in Central Asia. You’ll learn how to make the dough, prepare the filling, shape manty by hand, make two homemade sauces and enjoy everything together with herbal mountain tea.

This workshop is beginner-friendly and perfect for curious people who love food, stories, cooking together and discovering new cultures through food.
