About event
Course in popular Košice, near the historic center and the church of St. Elizabeth.
Exercise II. degree is aimed at quieting the mind, with practice more and more happiness comes into life.
We increase our own strength, energy immunity, psychological stability, internal organs heal. We strengthen the will, the power of the mind and our own spirit. We improve and train body-skin breathing to gain energy, to heal, to calm down.
Our other senses begin to develop. We achieve a natural state of happiness. We learn to let the true self manifest itself in the "self-healing" of the organism, at the level of matter-energy-information.
A lot of useful and interesting information in the field of human development awaits you.
