Část života – hudebně-poetický program

The music-poetry program Part of Life is a fusion of elements of poetry and music, a concert for voice and saxophone. On stage, the poems of three great poets of the 20th century - Osip Mandelštam, Boris Pasternak, Josef Brodsky - and contemporary poets - Ženja Berkovič and Ali Chajtliná - will be heard in a lively connection with the music that is being born right before your eyes.

Part of Life is a kind of jazz jam-session, a ready-made improvisation where words and music complement each other and perform solo, turning the performance into a magical experience.

It is a conversation about people and the time in which they live. Every theme touched on in this program - be it lyricism, reflection of time or nature sketches - is developed to its full emotional extent, because the main goal of this concert is to awaken real emotion in the viewer. Musical motifs and improvisations create their own unique atmosphere, complement the poems and exist independently.

Anatoliy Beliy and Arnold Giskin will perform.

The performance is in Russian.
