About event
The Vltava and its banks have undergone significant changes in recent years. New footbridges, embankments and connections between individual parts of the city are being created. A guided walk with experts from the Office of Public Space IPR Prague will present the long-term concept of the development of Prague's banks. Together, we will look at how the relationship of the people of Prague to the river is changing, what role the Vltava plays in the development of the city, and how, for example, the new pedestrian and bicycle connection in the form of the Štvanická lávka affects daily movement between Karlín, Holešovice and the center.
Practical information:
- The meeting point for the public is on the island of Štvanice at the CAMP Point. The meeting place will be specified.
- The walk will last approximately 1 hour and will take place outdoors.
