Bývanie v komunite: Zapojte sa do tvorenia Baugruppe v Bratislave

Text of the organizer:

The city of Bratislava is preparing to launch pilot projects of community housing in the form of Baugruppe in four selected locations. In addition to the selection of land, the city has already prepared a basic scheme for the functioning of the projects. However, before announcing the competition for the best design of community housing, we want to work on this concept together with you.

We will present the basic Baugruppe scheme, the principles and rules that the city proposes for the upcoming projects, and at the same time we will open a discussion about what is important for future residents to make these projects attractive, functional and long-term sustainable.

During the meeting, we will present you the pillars on which the city is building the upcoming concept and create a space for sharing your opinions, experiences and expectations.

We are interested in how you perceive community housing, what opportunities and challenges you see in it, and what conditions you think should be part of upcoming projects. Your suggestions will be an important input to the finalization of the competition conditions and the Baugruppe scheme itself. Come join the discussion and help co-create a concept of community housing that will meet the needs of future residents and the development of Bratislava.
